Key Responsibilities

• Managing the full-cycle accounting process, including overhead accounting
• Preparing documentation and filing VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and Real Estate Tax returns
• Maintaining fixed asset and low-value asset records, including inventory and reconciliation
• Communicating with suppliers, customers, colleagues, and public authorities
• Managing month-end and year-end closing activities, as well as financial reporting
• Preparing statutory financial statements, including supporting reports and documentation
• Preparing consolidated financial statements, including supporting reports and documentation
• Coordinating statutory audits and consolidated financial statement audits, including communication and cooperation with external auditors
• Preparing and submitting monthly and quarterly statistical reports to the Czech Statistical Office
• Preparing financial documentation for external stakeholders
• Preparing documentation for grant-funded projects
• Preparing regular monthly and annual financial reports for the company owner
• Taking an active role in the development and administration of the company's information systems
• Preparing supporting documentation for accounting transactions, including transfer pricing documentation
• Providing cross-functional support within the Finance department

• At least two years of accounting experience; experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
