Executive assistant
with an overlap into the HR department
Your job will be:
- managing the calendar and e-mail correspondence of the Managing Director, organising internal and external meetings
- solving tasks independently
- communication with authorities, insurance companies and other companies
- attending meetings and taking minutes
- introducing visitors and arranging refreshments
- comprehensive support for the Managing Director in all aspects
- cooperation with the HR department - administration, recruitment, promotion of the company culture and overall care of employees
- preparation of employment documents for the creation, continuation and termination of employment
We expect from you:
- experience in a similar position is a great advantage!
- very good communication and organizational skills and pleasant presentation
- diligence and ability to act independently
- loyalty to the company, team spirit
- ability to work in stressful situations
- English at a communicative level (B2)
- knowledge of PC work at an advanced level
- time flexibility
- Group B driving licence
