COLORprofi first contacts customer and goes into all details of his requirements on specific part and then is able to take responsibility for demand processing which presents you together with price calculation and term of order processing.
Order realization - you produce COLORprofi varnishes
COLORprofi acquires all necessary materials for order processing. We spread the varnish on test set first then we make consultation and clarification of all details on audit piece together with the customer. After that will COLORprofi make perching regulation where all check points on assessed piece will be determined (delta-E, glitter, layer, perspective sector, illumination during control etc).
COLORprofi analyses all required control tests and according to the results makes varnish regulation ( working operations sequence from entering piece to operation up to its expedition).
We spread the varnish on test set according to pre-arranged criterious and we make consultation and clarification of all details on audit piece (set) together with the customer. After that COLORprofi will make perching regulation (if the customer has his own) where all check points on assessed piece will be determined(delta-E, glitter, layer, perspective sector, illumination during control etc).
The more time we spend together on samples of first series the less differences of opinions we have to solve.

By prearranged tolerantions for non-varnished (unwrought) piece the entrance control is made by washing and drying of varnished pieces before entering the working operation (prevent dirt from blocking operation systems).
