It is our purpose to increase the marketability of products our customers' coating their surfaces technology "wet painting.
We do this through the application of high-quality, durable and aesthetic to paint different surfaces according to customer's requirements.
We try to find a way to paint any surface that the customer requires, and thus increase the value of its product life, estetičnost a competitive market.
History
In the year 1989
The company COLORprofi is a direct continuator of consultant firm AUTOCOLOR, which was established in 1989 and dealt with custom paintwork and consultancy in the sphere of applications 2K car paints Sikkens (Akzo - Nobel) for the Czechoslovak Socialistic Republic. AUTOCOLOR had at that time three employees.
In the year 1992
After a period of c. 2-3 years thanks to accumulative frequency of orders in the sphere of varnishing and impossibility of next development in device space Hrádkov we conceived an idea to found the new company COLORprofi and to move to a new industrial area in Boskovice, where we bought back from the company STS Inc. a piece of land large c. 3000 m2, where current premises were redesigned and paint and drying box were built.
COLORprofi during next years notably extended its customer services and surveyed more and more attention on industrial varnishing.
In the year 19955
COLORprofi tied up cooperation with the company IFE - CR Inc. BRNO (the company conversant of production and mounting of door wings to trains, fast trains, elevated railways, underground etc. Already at that time we were beginning with first projects for the company IFE. It meant c. 40 pieces a month.
During several years our cooperation with IFE grew, which was a cause of we became a strategic partner for production schedule of IFE Brno.
Suddenly the company COLORprofi because of charge of projects for IFE left vehicle paintworks and with it connected plumbing and it began fully to pursue industrial varnishing.
In the year 1998
Absolute reversion came on and COLORprofi started ultimatums facelift of the whole company. It meant complete reconstruction of the production vestibule, purchase of new technology, building of grinding mill, paint shop etc. A despatch was finished and it warrants, that from the company went away only product in perfect quality. In that time the company COLORprofi began to cooperate also with co. FEI - mikro, which is a company conversant of production of microscopes Philips, which are exported to the whole world.
In the year 2000
Co. COLORprofi began to build a box for preliminary treatments for varnishing, by purchase slotted pendent conveyer and drying box we effectively grossed up lacquering capacities.
In the year 2003
Next period of reconstruction started by building up a new prefab vestibule with the most modern progressive lacquering technology, a fully air-conditioned paint box with possibility of varnishing also water headmaster colours, a box evasive out area and a spacious drying box enabled to paint pieces with proportions 1600 x 2800 mm (high x width). It initiated also a construction of a new festoon conveyer: system Power-Free, which ensured perfect transport of varnished sections without touch of human hand and observance of technological times of the lacquering process. Also finishing of a building of a new tempered despatch has contributed to fluency of the production in no small rate.
In the year 2003
COLORprofi initialized continuous running of the paint shop because of big demand.
In that year co. COLORprofi was ranged among the front industrial paint shops not only in the Czech Republic.
It was equipped by the most modern technologies and was able to be proud of multiyear cooperation with front companies. In that year the company COLORprofi became a holder of certification ISO 9001:2000 for pursuance a wet industrial varnishing of metallic and non-metallic materials, too.
In the year 2006
We built a next complete paint shop and small component sections. The whole vestibule was equipped by a conveyer power-free and modern box, evasive out cab and drying box. With this project arose also a new store of colours and blending space for production of shades and not least completely computerized arrangement for paint economy and store of colours.
Year 2007
COLORprofi started building up a new vestibule with robotized lacquering line, central despatch and rear for employees. COLORprofi choicely evaluated selection procedure of technological suppliers, whose participated seven interested worldwide renowned supply companies. We visited several referential paint shops of plastics in European Union ((Siemens, VW, Volvo, Fiat, Smart etc.), the aim was to choose a company, which offered technologies according to a new air protection act 2007 and guaranteed maximum allowable measure scrap to the 0.5 % of the production! Matter of course was also programming of robotized troop and training of staff of the arrangement.
In that year modified co. COLORprofi and it became a holder of certification ISO 14001:2007 for transaction of a wet industrial varnishing of metallic and non-metallic materials.
